Job summary

Select Physical Therapy in Apex, NC is seeking a Physical Therapist to lead and deliver exceptional outpatient care as an outpatient clinic manager. This role oversees our orthopedic therapy team, advancing preventative and rehabilitation services to maximize function and well-being for patients.

The position requires an active state PT license, DPT, and at least one year of outpatient experience, with CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Active state license to practice physical therapy.
• Minimum of one year of outpatient PT experience.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the outpatient orthopedic therapy team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Oversee center operations and uphold executive decisions.
• Grow physician relationships and patient portfolios for the center.
• Develop and mentor PTs and PTAs to advance clinical expertise.
• Collaborate with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to optimize outcomes.
• Engage in community partnerships and philanthropic programs.
• Pursue industry-leading continuing education opportunities.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
Compensation: $87,000 - $97,000/year (pending experience)

• A valid state physical therapist license is required to start
• One (1) year of experience as a PT in an outpatient setting
• CPR Certification
