Description

Responsible for the overall operational management of the pediatric therapy service inpatient and outpatient departments (PT, OT, SP and TR) and WIC clinics including clinical, administrative and financial operations. Establishes standards of care and therapy practice and monitors for compliance. Assures compliance with internal and external regulatory standards. Responsible for staffing, retention and employee satisfaction. Ensures participation and satisfaction of all stakeholders. Collaborates with therapy resources to perform PDSA, quality improvement and other educational improvement events.

Required Qualifications:

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
