Job summary

The Neuron Clinic Gp in San Marcos, CA, seeks an LVN Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations, staffing, and patient flow. You will hire, train, and supervise staff, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure high-quality patient care in a busy neurology outpatient setting.

Ideal candidates have an LVN license with IV certification, a healthcare administration degree (preferred), and strong leadership and communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• LVN license with IV certification.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, health services administration, or related field is preferred.
• Previous experience managing a healthcare facility.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to respond to patients’ request gracefully.
• Ability to supervise and motivate clinic staff in a positive manner.
• High level of organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the clinic.
• Manage the clinic’s budget.

• Order products and maintain inventory.
