The Clinic Manager, LPN, under the supervision of the Regional Director, manages the flow of the clinic, leading all staff in provision of medical and nursing care, ensuring high quality standards and regulatory compliance. Coordinates services with primary care team and acts as a primary liaison for the clinic and nursing staff. Triages participants as needed and is the gatekeeper for daily clinic scheduling. Provides basic care to participants; implements physician, physician assistant and nurse practitioner orders. Provides training and education to participant, caregiver family and staff; and communicates participant’s condition to caregivers, primary care physician, and the interdisciplinary team. Has direct oversight of all responsibilities for the staff in the clinic, (excluding providers) including clinical educations, training/observations, reporting requirements, and competency evaluation.
