Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to guide the design and enhancement of our clinic management software. The ideal candidate will also serve as a subject matter expert, delivering training and best practices to other clinic managers. Your expertise in clinic operations and ability to turn real-world challenges into software solutions will be instrumental in maximizing client satisfaction and return on investment.

  • Key Responsibilities Collaborate with product teams to design, refine, and continuously improve our clinic management software.
  • Provide insights into daily clinic operations, ensuring software features align with practical, real-life workflows.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clinic managers, demonstrating effective use of our software and sharing best practices for clinic operations.
  • Monitor the performance and usage of our solutions in client clinics, suggesting improvements to enhance productivity and ROI.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to help drive product updates, improvements, and new feature development.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and resource guides to support ongoing education and onboarding processes.
  • Serve as a clinic operations consultant, advising on strategies to optimize scheduling, patient flow, billing procedures, and overall clinic administration.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and technical support teams to ensure seamless service and solution delivery.
  • Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in clinic management or healthcare operations, with a solid understanding of common administrative challenges.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR), practice management software, or similar healthcare IT systems.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze operational data and deliver data-driven recommendations.
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs, including creating supporting documentation or e-learning materials.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Passion for improving healthcare outcomes through technology and process optimization.
