Job summary

Associates in Pediatric Therapy (APT) is seeking a therapist supervisor to oversee daily operations, mentor clinicians, and support caseload growth at our Lexington site.

The role emphasizes mentorship, clinical leadership, and a family‑first approach, with collaboration across Marketing, HR, and Facilities to address location challenges and ensure high‑quality, child‑centered care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in SLP or OT, or Doctoral PT, or Master’s + BCBA.
• 1+ years as a therapist, pediatrics preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to motivate and engage staff.

Responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day supervision of therapists and performance management.
• Assist therapists in building caseloads.
• Interview and onboard new therapists for the APT site.
• Assist with parent/guardian concerns.
• Collaborate with Marketing, HR, and Facilities to solve location challenges.
