Job summary

Colorado-Allergy-and-Asthma-Centers in Castle Rock, CO is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee full-time operations, staff and patient care in a high-volume allergy and asthma practice.

As Clinic Manager you will lead nursing and admin teams, ensure efficient workflows, coordinate with physicians, and drive quality, customer service and staff development in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, or other medical background with applicable experience.
• Current Colorado License.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience.
• Experience with both adult and pediatric patients.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Execute professional nursing care, including teaching to assess, plan and implement patient care for pediatric and adult populations.
• Monitor patient flow and adjust staffing for multiple providers.
• Demonstrate knowledge of management and leadership skills.
• Follow office policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain accuracy in all details and reporting.
• Promote and participate in organizational committees.
• Participate in monthly management meetings.
• Coordinate with Physician on daily clinic needs and attend monthly staff meetings.
• Work with providers on scheduling needs.
• Coordinate staffing issues with the Director, Clinic Operations.
• Pursue personal and professional growth.
• Demonstrate flexibility and leadership; initiate needed changes.
• Maintain open communication and a team-oriented environment.
• Provide staff development; identify training needs.

Position: Clinic Manager

Location: Castle Rock, CO

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, four 10-hour days

We have been treating adult and pediatric patients for nearly 54 years who suffer with allergies, asthma and immunology-related illnesses.

Position Purpose: These exempt, full-time positions are directly responsible for the comprehensive management of the Clinic; assures clinic is appropriately staffed with knowledgeable employees who focus on teamwork, efficiency, quality patient care and the highest level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Monitors patient flow and adjusts accordingly for staffing needs for multiple providers
• Demonstrates knowledge of management and leadership skills
• Demonstrates understanding of office policies, procedures and guidelines
• Demonstrates accuracy in all details; able to record and report properly
• Actively promotes and participates in organizational committees
• Participates in monthly organizational management meetings
• To ensure management team is aligned with clinic goals, communicates with the Physician on a daily basis regarding needs of the clinic as well as having scheduled, monthly meetings with the Management Team (Physician, APP, CM and OAM) and sets monthly meetings with the staff (organizes, schedules, sets agenda and tracks POA for said meetings) to make sure all communication is disseminated to the full team
• Works with providers on scheduling needs
• Coordinates staffing issues with the Director, Clinic Operations
• Continues personal and professional growth
• Demonstrates flexibility, professionalism and leadership; able to identify issues and execute needed changes when necessary
• Maintains open communication and a team-oriented work environment with all departments and all levels of personnel
• Provides for staff development; identifies internal/external training needs
• Takes initiative and is a self-starter
• Performs additional duties as deemed necessary
• Maintains OSHA and HIPAA compliance
