Responsibilities

• Up to $5000 Sign On Bonus Offered**

Paid out in FULL after 30 days of employment.

CHI Health has an amazing opportunity to add a Clinic LPN Scheduler to our GI team located at our CUMC-Bergan Campus / Service Center off of 77th & Mercy!

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-430p, NO weekends, NO holidays & NO call!

Scheduling And Coordinating Procedure Appointments

• Scheduling procedure appointments for patients, including creating instructions from templates and entering medication details.
• Other duties as assigned.

Verifying Patient Information

• Confirming patient demographics, insurance information, and other relevant details.

Communicating with Patients and Healthcare Teams

• Handling appointment details, inquiries, and coordinating with physicians and healthcare professionals.

Managing Pre-procedure Calls And Reminders

• Creating and sending patient instructions for procedures, reviewing instructions during pre-procedure calls to ensure patients receive necessary information.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program.
• Current LPN license in good standing with the state licensing board.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association.
• Completion of IV Therapy Course.

Pay Range

$19.68 - $27.06 /hour
