Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Current Nebraska License as LPN.

Responsabilités

• Ensures quality patient care and adheres to provider preferences using AIDET.
• Delivers prescribed sample medications and administers injections.
• Uses EMR to document vital signs, ROS, meds, and patient history.
• Maintains sample medications and documents in the patient chart.
• Requests prescription refills to pharmacies as requested by providers.
• Tracks lab and procedure orders and communicates results to the healthcare team.
• Initiates a patient education plan and documents understanding of instructions.
• Completes and documents patient phone calls and assists with procedures.
• Administers IV medications as prescribed by physician.
