Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license active.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred (Floor only).
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to document and follow department protocol.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians by reviewing records, preparing patients and exam rooms, and handling prescription renewals/inquiries.
• Perform telephone triage to determine patient needs and relay information to the provider.
• Provide patient education and education to ensure understanding and appropriate use of treatments.
• Prepare exam rooms and equipment, stock supplies, and assist providers during examinations.
• Document tests, procedures, and appointments accurately and maintain clean, organized work areas.
