Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team in Ohio. You will assist physicians, perform routine nursing duties, and support patient care across ambulatory settings.

Responsibilities include maintaining patient flow, documenting in the EMR, triage, and coordinating with the care team. A valid Ohio LPN license and 1–3 years in a physician office are required, with BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Practical nursing.
• Licensed to practice as an LPN in Ohio.
• 1–3 years LPN experience; physician office setting preferred.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians in examination and treatment under direction.
• Maintain patient flow and document in EMR; update medical history.
• Triage, phlebotomy, injections, and basic clinical duties as assigned.
• Operate EKG and cardiac monitors; support routine diagnostic tests.
• Maintain infection control and medical supply inventory.
• Handle MyChart communications and patient calls; schedule and coordinate care.
