Job summary

CommonSpirit Health in Minnesota is seeking a Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or CMA to support patient flow and care coordination in our clinic.

You will prepare patient charts, assist with exams, administer medications, and ensure accurate documentation. CPR certification and Minnesota LPN or CMA licensure are required; EPIC EMR experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing for LPN or CMA education.
• Licensed Practical Nurse: MN or CMA.
• Basic Life Support - CPR.

Responsibilities

• Checks schedules and organizes patient flow.
• Accompanies patients to the exam room and updates electronic medical.
• Prepares patients for exams/procedures.
• Assists/performs medication administration, dressings and collecting of lab specimens as instructed.
• Relays information regarding follow-up care and return visit to patients and families.
• Schedules tests and procedures as directed.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or CMA, you’ll keep the day running smoothly and efficiently for your patients and clinical team. You’ll take the lead on proactive preparation of patient charts; ensuring all information is obtained and up-to-date for those seen in our facility.

Every day, you'll manage care for multiple patients, adapting to physician availability on-site, and actively collaborate with your clinical team to prioritize tasks and ensure seamless patient flow throughout the clinic.

Pay Range

$20.86 - $29.46 /hour
