Job summary

Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars, IA seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Medical Assistant (MA) for a float position across LeMars, Remsen, Marcus and Urgent Care Clinics. The role is 35 hours/week with a variable day off each week and occasional weekend/evening shifts.

Under physician supervision you will obtain vital signs, perform phlebotomy and basic lab tasks, and support patient care across multiple clinics.

Qualifications

• LPN licensure in Iowa.
• BLS certification required.
• Mandatory Reporter training certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient care under physician supervision; obtain vital signs, BP, height/weight, and record data.
• Perform phlebotomy and simple lab functions.
• Work 35 hours per week with one day off per week; occasional weekend or evening.
