Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health's Medical Office LPN role supports multiple providers, performing patient care, clinical and clerical duties to ensure high-quality care. Under the supervision of the Site Manager, you collaborate with physicians and staff to plan and coordinate patient care while maintaining current knowledge and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualified candidates hold a nursing degree and a Massachusetts nursing license with BLS, with medical office experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree required.
• Current license to practice nursing from the Massachusetts board of registration. Must maintain BLS certification.
• Medical Office experience is preferred.
• Excellent communications skills to effectively educate and assist patients as well as interacting with providers and staff. Ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Ability to handle confidential information. Must have the organizational skills and the ability to follow through on tasks.
