Qualifications

• New Mexico licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a full patient caseload while serving as clinic leader.
• Ensure high-quality, evidence-based care and patient outcomes.
• Mentor and support therapists and clinical support staff.
