This position serves as the field team lead, providing functional direction to field staff and acting as the primary point of escalation for customer, vet, or store partner issues. It also involves driving company vehicles to vaccination clinics and overseeing the overall performance and operational compliance of the day's clinics.

Essential Job Functions:

The incumbent must be able to perform all of the following duties and responsibilities with or without a reasonable accommodation:

1. Provide functional direction and supervision to the field team.
2. Effectively perform all clinic team roles and provide coaching and guidance to team members as needed. May be responsible for filling one or more roles at a time.
3. Safely operate company vehicles to and from clinic locations and the office when assigned as a driver.
4. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
5. Communicate effectively with customers and business partners to manage difficult situations, including pet incidents (bites, reactions, emergencies). Serve as the primary contact for the Market Manager on clinic-related issues.
6. Partner with clinic leadership to determine optimal clinic locations, crowd management practices, and handle issues during clinics.
7. Ensure all clinic processes are followed and paperwork is completed accurately.
8. Lead targeted discussions during daily commutes to foster a sales-oriented environment.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage revenues, including deposits to safe or bank.
• Assist customers with paperwork to ensure accurate medical records.
• Handle crowd management, pet waste cleanup, and situations involving disruptive pets.
• Offer discounts to improve customer experience during challenging situations.
• Manage loading and unloading of equipment and supplies safely.
• Assist in training new partners according to training plans.
• Understand and communicate Vetco medical recommendations, booster schedules, and products.
• Coordinate with store management to promote cooperation and business success.
• Present report cards and site reports to the MOD at the end of each clinic.
• Ensure the clinic area is clean and equipment is accounted for before departure.
• Notify management if clinics run late.
• Reconcile all equipment and supplies at the end of the day.
• Escalate issues to management or Vetco Customer Service as needed.
• Complete all paperwork and checklists accurately.
• Restock supplies and participate in training sessions.
• Complete clinic lead reports for each shift.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Provides work direction and functional leadership to rig employees during clinics or transit, while reporting to the Market Manager.

Previous Experience:

• Ability to perform all clinic roles.
• Outstanding customer service, basic sales skills, and animal interest.
• Leadership qualities and experience preferred.
• Ability to operate company vehicles.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort handling and restraining animals per policy.
• In good standing if currently a partner.

Work Environment:

Majority indoors, with travel required to clinics, possibly overnight. Physical demands include bending, kneeling, lifting up to 40 lbs, and standing for long periods, with risk of injury if procedures are not followed.
