Job summary

Stallant Health and Wellness in Highland, CA is seeking an Clinic IT Specialist to support the Highland clinic and assist staff at other locations remotely. You will report to the CIO, resolve tickets, and help install and maintain clinic technology.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting across multiple platforms, managing staff accounts and security tools, preparing and shipping equipment, and deploying new systems while documenting changes for leadership.

We’re hiring an IT specialist to support our Highland clinic and help staff at other locations remotely. You’ll report to the CIO, resolve support tickets, and help install and maintain clinic technology.

The work

• Troubleshoot computers, software, networks, phones, and clinic equipment.
• Manage staff accounts, device enrollment, and security tools.
• Prepare, repair, and ship equipment.
• Install network cabling and help deploy new systems.

What you’ll need

You’ll work with Google Workspace, Okta, Apple device management, Aruba networking, Palo Alto firewalls, and Athena.

The role includes physical equipment work, occasional travel, and occasional Sunday emergency support. Travel expenses are covered under company policy. Fingerprinting and a background check are required.
