You will rotate through front office stations, learn all duties, and assist teammates to ensure smooth patient flow. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to handle time-sensitive priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Healthcare experience preferred with strong multitasking.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Handle clerical duties for a medical clinic across front office stations.
• Learn and perform duties of all front office stations as needed.
• Support co-workers and adapt to changing priorities.
• Demonstrate strong copywriting and editing skills.
• Maintain attention to detail and meet time-sensitive priorities.
• Operate in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
