Mercyhealth is seeking a registered nurse to join our care team in Illinois. The RN will apply the nursing process in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care, administer medications, perform assessments, document meticulously, and develop tailored plans of care in line with physician guidance.
The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, ADN at hire with BSN preferred, and active RN licensure in the practice state.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
ADN required upon hire, BSN preferred.
May require specific years of applicable experience to qualify (per department guidelines)
Licensed as an RN in state of practice
Approved CPR/BLS certification required within 90 days
Other certification(s) per department requirements. For example: ACLS, PALS, PEARS, and NRP
Passing the Driver's License Check and/or Credit Check (for those positions requiring).
Passing the WI Caregiver Background Check and/or IL Health Care Workers Background Check.
Must be able to follow written/oral instructions.
May include color blind test (per department guidelines)
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
