Job summary

First Choice Community Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a custodian to support multiple FCCH facilities under supervision.

Responsibilities include cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting, restroom and office upkeep, trash removal, and maintaining secure premises; occasional exam room cleaning and grounds keeping as needed. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least six months of related custodial experience, with ability to operate floor care equipment, follow safety procedures,

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Six months experience directly related to custodial duties.
• Experience in commercial cleaning preferred.
• Ability to operate floor care equipment such as buffers and carpet cleaners.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties: cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, offices, breakrooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash and replace liners; clean and sanitize surfaces.
• Perform floor care: vacuuming, sweeping, waxing, buffing.
• Ensure doors/windows are secure and report hazards as needed.
• May cover multiple sites and assist with facilities maintenance.
