Qualifications

• Three years of experience in application administration or related role.
• Knowledge of axiUm, Epic Clarity, and Caboodle databases.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide main line support for EHR systems (axiUm and Epic) including user interaction and clinic processes.
• Maintain system security, perform updates, troubleshoot issues, and support IT clinic coverage.
• Analyze data for reporting; develop scripts to automate EHR tasks and improve efficiency.
• Review programming change requests; implement changes and coordinate with analysts and developers.
• Create and maintain documentation and training materials with vendors and IT team.
