Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is recruiting a Clinic Director / Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedics clinic in Encinitas, CA. New graduates are encouraged to apply and will join a therapist-focused, growth-oriented team.

Based at Spine & Sport Physical Therapy - Encinitas South, the role oversees clinic operations, budgets, staffing, and patient flow while driving clinical excellence and referral development in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold a state license as PT/OT/PTA/OTA.
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in PT/OT or completion of PTA/OTA program.
• CPR certification and any state-required credentials.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate clinic growth and drive processes; adjust approach based on staffing and patient needs.
• Resolve scheduling and documentation issues for clinicians and staff.
• Set annual clinic goals and budget; manage resources accordingly.
• Remove roadblocks to achieve team and clinic goals; optimize workflows.
• Foster referral relationships and coordinate with Front Office and Business Development teams.
• Review financials and implement real-time corrective actions (e.g., no-shows, bad debt).
• Establish a positive clinic culture and conduct team meetings to motivate staff.
• Communicate policies and celebrate team successes; escalate issues when needed.
