Drayer Physical Therapy, part of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Clinic Director/Physical Therapist for Outpatient Orthopedics in White Marsh, MD to lead and develop the team and deliver exceptional patient care.

You will mentor clinicians, maintain high standards of care, and coordinate clinic operations while partnering with leadership to drive growth and referrals. This role offers leadership development within a national network and potential for multi-site advancement.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience required.
• Experience mentoring clinicians.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in Maryland (active or eligible).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the PT and clinical staff.
• Foster a patient-centered environment with high clinical standards.
• Provide direct patient care using evidence-based treatment plans.
• Oversee clinic operations including patient experience, scheduling, and performance.
• Develop relationships with local referral sources and community partners.
