Qualifications

• 3-5 years of clinical counseling experience.
• Licensed or license-eligible as a professional counselor in Maryland.
• 1 year of teaching experience in counselor education.
• 1 year of clinical supervision experience (MD supervisor status or eligibility).
• Master's degree in counseling or related field.
• Advanced coursework in clinical supervision.
• Knowledge of CACREP accreditation and MD licensure requirements.
• Experience with electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and client screening.
• Supervise NCTC trainees and provide clinical supervision.
• Schedule rooms and manage clinic spaces and out-of-hours coverage.
• Teach 1–2 courses per term (12 credits per year) in the MS in Counseling program.
• Maintain weekly office hours and support student problem-solving.
• Incorporate Blackboard and Anthology in instruction and record-keeping.
• Engage in campus and community outreach and partnerships.
