The position supports a brand-new Cypress‑ Fairfield Marketplace clinic opening December 2026 and offers a $10,000 sign‑on bonus. A PT license is required to lead and inspire a dedicated team of clinicians and staff.

Qualifications

• PT degree from an accredited program.
• Current PT licensure or eligibility per state rules.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a dedicated clinic team delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care.
• Manage daily clinic operations including payroll, time off approvals, and staff scheduling.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to address patient concerns and maintain a supportive environment.
• Meet or exceed operational performance goals such as productivity, scheduling, and patient care standards.
• Support and communicate change management efforts between corporate and clinic teams.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide development plans for staff.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop outcome‑focused treatment plans.
• Build relationships with patients, the community, and key referral sources.
