Mountain Land Physical Therapy Partners in Manti, Utah, is seeking a full-time licensed Physical Therapist Clinic Director to lead our outpatient clinic. This position offers a strong compensation package with base pay plus potential annual income including bonus, and student loan repayment.

You will mentor staff, grow patient evaluations, build relationships with referral sources, and manage clinic operations while maintaining clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Current PT License or ability to obtain (No sanction).
• 2+ years of experience as an outpatient PT.
• Passion for managing a clinic.
• Interest in community and professional marketing.

Responsibilities

• Model clinical excellence.
• Create a great clinic culture.
• Grow evaluations with professional and internal marketing.
• Master progress, not perfection.
• Treat 10 patients while serving as the go-to therapist for mentorship and clinical guidance.
• Lead and inspire your team by example.
• Meet with referral sources to build relationships and grow evaluations.
• Partner with Mountain Land's support departments to handle administrative needs and guide your clinic toward its goals.
