Drayer Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Director for the Sparta, NJ outpatient orthopedics program. Lead a team of therapists, maintain patient-centered care, and drive clinic growth within Upstream Rehabilitation’s network.

The role requires a DPT (or equivalent) and an active NJ PT license, with leadership experience preferred. Competitive compensation and strong benefits are offered, plus leadership development and potential career growth.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
• Leadership experience preferred; passion for developing others.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and support your team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff.
• Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high standards for clinical care.
• Provide direct patient care using evidence-based treatment plans.
• Oversee clinic operations including patient experience, clinical performance and scheduling.
• Build relationships with local referral sources and community partners.
• Partner with leadership to meet clinic goals and support growth.
• Continue developing leadership and clinical skills through Upstream’s development programs.
