Drayer Physical Therapy in Sparta, NJ is seeking a Clinic Director/Physical Therapist in Outpatient Orthopedics to lead the PT team, elevate patient outcomes, and foster a positive clinic culture.

The role combines direct patient care with operations oversight, mentoring clinicians, building referral relationships, and achieving clinic goals. NJ license and DPT required; leadership experience preferred. Upstream Rehabilitation supports with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with current NJ license or eligibility.
• Experience leading clinical teams and developing clinicians is preferred.
