Ivy Rehab is seeking an Area Director to lead the performance of multiple outpatient clinics in Indiana. Based in Portage with local travel to sister clinics, you will drive operational excellence, develop leaders, and ensure exceptional patient care while aligning with Ivy Rehab’s growth strategy.

The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on coaching, financial accountability (P&L), and culture building across a growing region.

Qualifications

• License as a Physical Therapist is required.
• Proven leadership experience overseeing multiple outpatient PT clinics or similar healthcare operations.
• Strong understanding of clinic operations, performance metrics, and financial management (P&L).
• Ability to coach, develop, and retain high-performing Clinic Directors and teams.
• Demonstrated success driving growth, operational excellence, and patient care quality.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple outpatient clinics to drive operational performance and patient care quality.

This position will be based in Portage, IN with some local travel to sister clinics that you would be overseeing.

Compensation

• $90,000 to $110,000 annually (based on experience and total clinic oversight)
• Competitive leadership bonus plan
