PT Plus is seeking a Physical Therapy Clinic Director to lead our outpatient clinic in Annandale and oversee daily operations with a patient-first focus.

You will provide high-quality one-on-one patient care, supervise both clinical and office staff, and ensure adherence to APTA standards and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited college with an APTA curriculum.
• Maryland license active and CPR certification.
• Prior supervisory experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred.

Job Description

As Physical Therapy Clinic Director , your responsibilities will be managing the overall leadership and operation of our outpatient clinic in Annandale. With the support of experienced administration, you will be providing outstanding one-on-one patient care, as well as supervising both clinical and office staff and ensuring all APTA standards, policies, and procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Excellent patient care and communication skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience for anyone that enters the clinic.
• Graduate from an accredited college with an APTA curriculum.
• Previous staff supervisory responsibility, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting strongly preferred.
• Current state of Maryland license, CPR certification.
• Exercise and manual-based skills
• Outgoing and energetic personality.
• Ability to market the clinic by networking and visiting physician offices
