Select Physical Therapy in Ansonia, CT seeks a Physical Therapist - Outpatient Clinic Director to lead our outpatient center. This full-time role oversees the orthopedic therapy team, delivering preventative and rehabilitative care to maximize patient function and overall well-being.

The position emphasizes center leadership, collaboration with physicians and employers, and growth of a skilled PT/ PTA team.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start.
• CPR Certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Lead and provide exceptional patient care as outpatient center director.
• Oversee the outpatient orthopedic therapy team and drive preventative and rehab services.
• Grow and manage physician relationships and patient portfolios; partner with payors and case managers.
• Expand and develop a team of PTs and PTAs; uphold executive decisions for the center.
• Support mentorship, orientation, and ongoing professional development within the clinic.

Compensation: Salary is $95k to $120k based on experience
