DeKalb Comprehensive Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Director | Physical Therapist to lead our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Lithonia, GA. You will maintain an active patient caseload while directing daily clinic operations, mentoring staff, and driving exceptional patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a compassionate, motivated PT with leadership experience, strong communication, and a commitment to clinical excellence and staff development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• Current Georgia Physical Therapy License and CPR/BLS certification.
• Two or more years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based orthopedic physical therapy techniques.
• Lead and mentor the clinical team while fostering a collaborative, patient-centered culture.
• Oversee daily clinic operations, productivity, and quality outcomes.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company standards.
