DeKalb Comprehensive Physical Therapy seeks a Clinic Director to lead its outpatient orthopedic PT clinic in Lithonia, GA. You will maintain an active patient caseload while guiding daily operations, mentoring staff, and driving exceptional patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes leadership, patient-centered care, and team development in a collaborative outpatient setting. A CAPTE-accredited DPT, GA license, and CPR/BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Mandatory DPT degree from CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current Georgia Physical Therapy License and CPR/BLS.
• 2+ years outpatient orthopedic PT experience; leadership experience preferred.

• Evaluate and treat patients with evidence-based orthopedic PT techniques.
• Lead and mentor clinical team; foster collaborative, patient-centered culture.
• Oversee daily clinic operations, productivity and quality outcomes.
