Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy - Start-up Outpatient Ortho Clinic

• Must be a Licensed Physical Therapist to be considered for this opportunity as there are treatment expectations for our Clinic Directors.

Join a leading national provider in outpatient orthopedics and partner with us to start-up, run, and have equity in your very own ortho clinic (or clinics). We are looking for a clinical partner with an entrepreneurial spirit and a growth mindset. Our Clinic Directors oversee all aspects of the clinic operations, manage clinical and non-clinical staff, and work with patients to provide individualized treatment and plans of care. Clinic Directors play a pivotal role in promoting efficient service utilization and program development, collaborating with digital marketing strategies, and fostering communication with medical professionals and stakeholders to enhance service standards within the local community.

What You Will Need :

• Graduate of a DPT program.

• Estimated compensation package for this role ranges from $95,000 to $110,000 base salary (depending on experience level) + annual CEU funds + Clinic Director bonuses + equity in the clinic.
