This role blends patient care with clinic leadership, emphasizes a collaborative culture, and leverages Scribe AI documentation to reduce burden and support high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• DPT degree or equivalent (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from CAPTE-accredited program.
• Kentucky PT license or eligibility for licensure.
• Prior leadership or clinic management experience required.
• Ability to lead, mentor and develop clinical teams.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience is required; new graduates are not eligible.
