Peak Physical Therapy, part of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Clinic Director/Physical Therapist for our Outpatient Orthopedic program in Texas. You will lead a team of PTs and support staff, foster a patient-centered culture, and deliver evidence-based treatments while optimizing clinic operations and referrals.

The role offers leadership onboarding, ongoing development, and a clear path to multi-site leadership or ownership within a national network.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
• Leadership experience preferred; passion for developing others.

• Lead, mentor, and support your team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff.
• Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high standards for clinical care.
• Provide direct patient care using individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
