Beloit Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC), part of Acadia Healthcare, is hiring a Clinic Director in Beloit, Wisconsin. The role leads daily operations of an outpatient MAT OTP, guiding staff to deliver patient-centered care and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The Clinic Director will shape the patient experience, manage staff development, and collaborate with regional leadership on strategic planning, financial performance, and community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a social, behavioral, or mental health services field from an accredited college or university.
• Experience overseeing services in an outpatient setting, MAT/IOP/PHP/SUD preferred.
• Experience in a narcotic treatment program (MAT) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional leadership to develop and manage the clinic’s annual budget and strategic plan.
• Serve as final authority on daily operations, collaborating with the Medical Director on clinical matters.
• Act as a community liaison, attending events and building partnerships with local entities.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures including community relations and public affairs.
• Ensure treatment delivery aligns with internal standards and regulatory requirements; coordinate submissions to federal/state agencies.
• Oversee personnel decisions including performance evaluations, staffing, and hiring.
• Provide staff development and ongoing education opportunities.
