Job summary

Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network, seeks a Clinic Director to lead an outpatient mental health clinic and drive clinical excellence. You will oversee operations, regulatory compliance, and a team of licensed therapists, psychiatric providers, and administrative staff in a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field is required.
• Independent clinical license required where applicable.
• Experience in outpatient mental health and clinical supervision is required.
• Management experience with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team of therapists, front office staff, and interventional personnel.
• Lead clinic decision-making, supervise clinical and administrative operations, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage clinic productivity and performance using data-driven strategies.
• Uphold compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Support front office/customer service teams and oversee staff onboarding.
• Collaborate to improve work environment and reduce clinician burnout; conduct performance reviews.
• Manage a therapy caseload of 8-10 clients weekly, if applicable.
• Coordinate day-to-day management of psychiatric professionals in partnership with clinic management.
