Overview

Responsibilities

The Opportunity: We are hiring a Clinic Director to work with residents in one of our senior living facilities. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the lives of seniors across all levels of care, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing. Your expertise will contribute to promoting independence, functional ability, and overall well-being.

As the Clinic Director, you will oversee patient care in assigned communities, ensuring compliance with regulations. You will provide therapy and wellness services, support clinical programs, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. You may advise on treatment planning and therapeutic interventions, providing a full range of therapy services including assessment, treatment planning, and interventions. You will also be involved in program development and problem-solving to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited OT, PT, COTA, PTA, or SLP program
• Active ASHA Certification (for SLP candidates)
• Current state licensure in OT, PT, COTA, PTA, or SLP
• Excellent communication skills
• Results-oriented with strong critical thinking
• Tech-savvy with quick learning ability
• Professional curiosity and problem-solving skills
• Minimum of one year management experience preferred
