Responsibilities

The Opportunity

We are hiring a PTA as Clinic Director at a senior living community offering independent, assisted living, and memory care. Therapy services are covered by private insurance and Medicare Part B.

As a Clinic Director, you will:

• Oversee team care delivery in compliance with regulations
• Lead operational initiatives and clinical programs
• Collaborate on treatment planning with care partners
• Maintain professional and ethical standards

As a PTA, your responsibilities include:

• Providing therapy services under supervision
• Contributing to program development and quality improvement
• Enhancing patient well-being and satisfaction

Your Schedule

Typically 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling options.
