Responsibilities

The Opportunity

We are hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to serve as Clinic Director at a senior living community offering independent, assisted living, and memory care. Therapy services are covered by private insurance and Medicare Part B.

As a Clinic Director, you will:

• Oversee care delivery in accordance with regulations
• Support care coordination through wellness visits, communication with providers and caregivers, and telehealth assistance
• Lead operational initiatives, including policy implementation and quality programs
• Collaborate with care teams on treatment planning and interventions
• Maintain professional and ethical standards

As a PTA, your responsibilities include:

• Providing therapy and wellness services under supervision
• Contributing to program development and quality improvement
• Enhancing patient well-being and satisfaction

Your Schedule

Our clinics operate from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling options to fit your lifestyle.
