EmpowerMe Wellness in Missouri seeks a Clinic Director to lead therapy teams across communities, guiding care delivery and building strong resident relationships to keep individuals active, independent, and supported.

In this role you'll mentor clinicians, coordinate EmpowerMe 360 care, and partner with community leadership to drive programs, enrollment, and quality improvements while maintaining hands-on clinical work.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal).
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred.
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit.
• Desire to lead, connect, and be visible in your community.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care.
