EmpowerMe Wellness in Santa Rosa is seeking a Clinic Director to lead a skilled therapy team delivering comprehensive care for residents. You’ll guide operations, mentor clinicians, and coordinate across therapy, wellness, and medical services to ensure a seamless resident experience.

You’ll partner with community leadership, drive program development, and foster strong resident engagement while maintaining hands-on, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal).
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred.
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit.
• A desire to lead, connect, and be visible in your community.
