Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Clinic Director in Seattle, WA to lead care delivery across our communities. You’ll guide your therapy team, mentor clinicians, and partner with community leadership to advance the EmpowerMe 360 model, ensuring residents stay active, independent, and well-supported.

You’ll oversee clinic operations, drive program development and quality improvement, and build relationships that boost resident engagement and enrollment while maintaining a hands-on leadership

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP)
• Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal)
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit
• A desire to lead, connect, and be visible in your community

Responsibilities

• Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care
• Mentor and support clinicians, helping them grow in their clinical skills and confidence
• Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model
• Build strong relationships that drive resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment
• Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services to ensure a seamless resident experience
• Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement
