Job summary

Aviation ABA Therapy is seeking a Clinic Director (BCBA) to lead the Provo clinic as the on-site head of clinical operations. You will shape care delivery, train staff, and drive growth while reporting to the Clinical Director and coordinating with the CEO.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• 3–5 years of post-certification BCBA experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, supervising a clinical team or running operations.
• Experience building processes and driving measurable improvements.
• Comfort with carrying clinical caseload alongside director responsibilities.
• Knowledge of insurance-funded ABA and authorization workflows.
• Eligible to be credentialed with Utah Medicaid and major payers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical team at the Provo clinic, including hiring and onboarding.
• Manage a focused caseload while leading by example.
• Uphold clinical quality standards and ensure compliance.
• Drive outcome measurement and continuous improvement.
• Run day-to-day clinic operations including scheduling and productivity.
• Plan census growth and engage referrals.
• Collaborate with marketing and intake on clinic reputation.
• Mentor BCBA candidates and develop leadership.
