Job summary

Helping Hands Family in Pennsylvania seeks a Clinic Director to lead day-to-day clinic operations for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The role emphasizes developing people, maintaining accountability, and delivering exceptional care through a high-performing team onsite.

You will oversee utilization, staffing, budgets, and compliance, coach supervisors and clinicians, and ensure a family-centered experience while partnering with clinical leaders to align operations with quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 6+ years of operational leadership in healthcare or service-based settings.
• Ability to lead teams, manage budgets, drive performance, and work onsite full-time.
• Experience in ABA, pediatric behavioral health, or multi-site operations (preferred).
• Familiarity with EHR systems such as CentralReach (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own clinic performance across utilization, productivity, staffing, and service delivery.
• Use data to guide scheduling, capacity planning, and improvements.
• Lead, coach, and develop Clinical Supervisors, Office Managers, BCBAs, and RBTs.
• Build an accountable, collaborative team culture with strong leadership depth.
• Partner with clinical leaders to align operations with quality care and client outcomes.
• Ensure staffing and schedulessupportclinical needs and treatment requirements.
• Champion a positive, family-centered experience.
• Resolve escalated concerns with urgency, empathy, and accountability.

WhatWe’reLooking For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus 6+ years of operational leadership experience in healthcare or a service-based environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, drive performance, communicate clearly, solve problems, and work onsite full-time.

Preferred:

• Experience in ABA, pediatric behavioral health, or multi-site healthcare operations.
• Familiarity with EHR systems, such asCentralReach.
• BCBA Certification

Physical Requirements

This position requires the capacity to occasionally lift and transport items weighing up to 25 pounds. Despite its primarily sedentary nature, this role requires prolonged periods of standing and frequent movement within the clinic environment. Candidates must be comfortable working near young children, including potential exposure to bodily fluids. The position involves exposure to a range of odors, fluctuating temperatures, and occasional loud noises.

Helping Hands Family Base Salary Range

$100,000 - $110,000 USD
