Job summary

MyPath seeks a Clinic Director for its ABA clinic in Milwaukee, WI. You will provide clinical supervision to BCBA/Clinical Supervisors, ensure treatment plans are implemented, and monitor client progress across all clients in the clinic.

You will manage operations, supervise staff, develop programs, oversee referrals, and ensure compliance with state and funding source requirements while maintaining a therapeutic environment for those served.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human behavior, psychology, behavior analysis, or special education.
• Hold a valid BCBA license.
• 3–5 years as a BCBA and Licensed Behavior Analyst in Wisconsin.
• 3–5 years of administrative/supervisory experience across settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision for BCBA/supervisors and supervise RBTs.
• Oversee clinic operations, referrals, assessments, and program development.
• Ensure treatment plans are implemented, data is documented, and client progress is monitored.

Empowered by Everyone to Transform Lives. **Overview*** Assurance that each client receives comprehensive, person-centered treatment plan while ensuring that direct care staff are implementing and documenting data.* Provides clinical support and assisting BCBA/Clinical Supervisors* Ensure client progress and monitor clinical outcomes across all clients in the clinic* Manages operational and administrative duties within the clinic which may include, but not limited to + Providing coverage for supervisory staff during absence, daily email/phone correspondence, documentation, and review of clinic documentation* Provide supervision for Behavior Treatment Therapists and Technicians* Provide supervision to RBT’s + Keep informed of all BACB Professional and Ethical compliance code for Behavior Analysts* Develop and deliver staff training in assistance with the Executive Director and all other appropriate team members for both new and existing owners* Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and Positive Behavior Support plans for individual clients as needed* Review and monitor implementation of behavior intervention plans to ensure effectiveness* Maintains agreed upon billable hours* Provides group treatment at the clinic + Group codes can only be utilized if the funding source recognizes the service code* Provides the Executive Director with regular updates regarding the clinic* Assists with program development opportunities and possible expansion of GCS* Oversees new referrals and assessments* Monitors protection of all rights and reports any violations according to company policies, state, and/or federal regulations.* Identifies gaps in service provision and/or company procedures and communicates these issues with the Executive Director* Conducts self in positive, respectful and collaborative manner demonstrating proactive actions and decision-making that foster supportive work relationships and a healthy and safe environment.
