Job summary

MyPath is seeking a Behavior Analyst - BCBA to join our ABA clinic in Brookfield, WI. You will conduct FBAs, design data-driven BIPs, and monitor client progress while ensuring compliance with BACB ethics and company policies under clinic leadership.

The role requires current BCBA certification and a Master’s degree in a related field, with 2+ years of autism-related clinical experience. Travel between sites and occasional non-standard hours may be required.
