Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with an advanced degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Michigan Physical Therapist license in good standing, with active CPR certification.
• Demonstrated leadership and management capability within a clinical or multidisciplinary healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in technology and clinical systems, including EMR platforms, database applications, and Microsoft Office.
• Sales, marketing, and business development experience preferred; strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for patient engagement and clinic growth.
• PT preferred; however, we will consider applicants from other clinical backgrounds with demonstrated experience in similar roles.
