Qualifications

  • Must be currently registered as a Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) (R) with ARRT.
  • Must become registered in Computed Tomography (CT) within one year from the hire date.
  • Certified as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT) required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform computerized axial tomography exams of various anatomical regions.
  • Execute radiological procedures (MRI, CT) under radiologist direction.
  • Conduct a variety of technical procedures.

Job Description:
To perform computerized axial tomography exams of various anatomical regions of the patient's body. Under the direction of a radiologist, to perform radiological procedures (MRI, CT) at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. To perform a variety of technical procedures.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited School of Radiology required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. Currently registered as a Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) (R) with ARRT. Candidate will have one (1) year from hire date to become registered in Computed Tomography (CT) from ARRT. Or certified as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) required
